amazing viewsjapanese restaurantslong waits
the rooftop onsen provided amazing views and a relaxing experience. the room felt quiet and comfortable. i found some authentic japanese restaurants just down the road. frozen yogurt popsicles became a good treat after each onsen visit.
the lifts were limited, resulting in long waits.

i had the breakfast once and it was good. the hotel restaurant also offers a snack and sake station in the evenings . this is located in the same area as the main dining.

the staff showed courtesy and a willingness to help. the reception team assisted with quick check-in and check-out. pre-ordering a taxi was easy with the help of the staff at the reception desk.

I appreciated the helpful staff. They quickly organized a taxi for my early flight. the beds were very comfy offering restful sleep. the hotel also has an amazing onsen. i used the laundry facilities. They were clean and efficient.

The onsen on the roof was acceptable. I suppose.
The rooms felt really tiny even for what i expected in japan. two lifts served the entire hotel. I often faced long waits. the bathroom had mold. I found that disappointing.
